Texnology Batt comes immediately after the crosslapper. By this unit it is possible to increase the line productivity of light average products and to reduce the drafts. In case of products with heavy grammage our machines have a by-pass system that lifts up the upper frame maintaining a linear flow of the material.
The main structure of the machine is shipped to the customer site and is ready for the start up. Texnology uses the same brushless motors and driving gears for all the machines. In case of complete lines interchangeability guarantees continuity in the production.
