LINE SERIE X4
Serie x4 is the ultimate suite production with production per hour up to 1200 kg/h.
It is designed for light products and spunlace. Depending on the final product serie x4 offers:
- • Single/double cylinder with diameter approx. 1000-1800 m/min
- • Streching unit “fusione” integrated into the crosslapper
- • New crosslapper “speciale” with input speed 180 m/min
- • Batt drafter with 10 trio groups
- • Texnology acqua loom (in case of spunlace products)
- • Elliptical pre-needling and vertical finish needling (unica) in case of needled products
- • Heating calender with 2-3 rollers
- • Automatic control system
- • Automatic end of line
- • Revolver winding sections for spunlace products (speed up to 200 m/min)
